At Telecom Checkout LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
1. Returns
Eligibility: Items are eligible for return within 10 days of receipt if they are unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as gift cards, downloadable software, and clearance items, may not be eligible for return. This will be indicated at the time of purchase.
2. Refund Process
Requesting a Refund: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at info@telecomcheckoutllc.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 15 days
3.Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the processing time, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@telecomcheckoutllc.com. We will provide you with instructions for returning the defective item and arranging an exchange
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability
6. Sale and Clearance Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded
