1. Return Eligibility

Return Window: You may return items within 10X days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they meet the requirements outlined below.
Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original condition—unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories and tags included.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards, downloadable software, and any items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: To start a return, please email info@telecomcheckoutllc.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our Customer Service team will provide you with further instructions and the return address.
Return Authorization: Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as this could delay the processing of your return

3. Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Return Label: If you choose, you may request a prepaid return label from us. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

4. Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 15 days.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you need an exchange, contact us within 10 days of receipt at info@telecomcheckoutllc.com, and we will assist you in processing the exchange.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 10 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you

7. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items

Items marked as “final sale” or purchased at a discount during a clearance event are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged upon arrival
