1.  Eligibility for Returns: 

  • You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return. 
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale or clearance items. 
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling. 

4. Return Process:

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us. 

5. Return Shipping: 

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. 

Refunds

1.  Eligibility for Refunds: 

  • Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected. 
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days. 

2. Partial Refunds: 

  • Items not returned in their original condition may qualify for partial refunds.  

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios: 

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. 
  • Products not returned within the eligible timeframe. 

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us within 10 for an exchange.
